Located in the village of Marldon, Wisteria Cottage is part of a Grade II listed 16 century Devon longhouse.
The cottage has been sympathetically renovated by the current owners to provide a contemporary
and luxurious feel to this old property.
   
 


With an abundance of places to visit and see in the immediate vicinity it is also an ideal location from which to explore the South Hams and Dartmoor. The Church House Inn, renowned for its excellent food and hospitality is a short walk away.

Wisteria Cottage has a large open-plan dining area/ living-room with exposed beams and a deep inglenook fireplace with a wood burner and old bread oven, leather armchairs and a comfortable sofa along with Digital TV, DVD player and CD player, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your break. The modern newly fitted kitchen compliments the dining and living areas. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, bedroom 1- a double with en-suite shower-room, w.c. and basin, bedroom 2 - with a double bed and cupboard/wardrobe and bedroom 3 - with a single bed. There is also a family bathroom with bath, w.c. and wash-basin. Outside there is a cobbled patio area with table and chairs.
