At Exeter, heading South on the M5, the M5 becomes the A38.  Follow the A38 until it divides into 2 roads.
Take the A380 to Torquay. At Penn Inn Roundabout  follow signs for Torquay.  Just before arriving in Torquay the A380
turns right at a roundabout and is signposted to Brixham/Paignton.

Follow the road until you reach the 2nd roundabout and then turn right. Go straight over a mini roundabout.
At the next mini roundabout turn right into Village Road. Follow Village Road past the primary school down the hill and
the Church House Inn can be found next to the Church.
